In Justice League: Doom, the immortal villain Vandal Savage steals Batman's secret files containing the weaknesses of each Justice League member, in order to fulfill his plans of world domination. Based on Mark Waid's "Tower of Babel" story arc that ran in the JLA comic book series, Savage forms the Legion of Doom and exploits Batman, who has developed a contingency plan for defeating his teammates, should any of them ever go rogue. Knowing the weaknesses of his rivals, Savage dispatches his Legion of Doom to destroy the superheroes, while he sets in motion his plan to rid the world of most of it's population. Despite feelings of betrayal, the Justice League must band together to overcome their enemy's threat and save mankind from certain doom.
