Harley Quinn who was a deranged psychiatrist could be heard in a ARGUS holding cell, a member of Batman's rogue's gallery and a member of the Suicide Squad. This also appears to be the case as the character has the same voice as Harley Quinn from the video game, Injustice: Gods Among Us.
